HOOK shape tungsten carbide trimming tool can be useful for every trimming step. You can remove a lot of clay at once and later finish even the smallest details thanks to its pointy end. Its unique shape helps clay escape while trimming and provides great visibility and access to tight spaces. It’s shape and extreme sharpness allows you to trim all smooth or slightly grogged clay and even porcelain.

PEAR shape tungsten carbide tool is the most versatile tool, made for removing large masses of clay. It can be used for general trimming of your pots or making rough foot shape. Its pointy end is useful when it comes to trimming narrow pots, especially long necked vases but also for some more refined trimming. Flat side is best for smoothing out flat surfaces and creating nice crisp edges.

SMALL CIRCLE tungsten carbide trimming tool is helpful when it comes to removing clay from inside the foot. Thanks to its thin, sharp blade it effortlessly cuts right through it. It is the only tool with which you can trim small curved parts of pot like beveled edges, lids to make a stylish foot. There are plenty of ways to use it and it can assist you during toughest trimming sessions.

SMALL TRIANGLE shape tungsten carbide trimming tool is made for finishing your pot and refining it’s shape. Thanks to thin, sharp blades you can easily carve into foot and lid galleries. About Kamil Janawa –

Kamil is an 18-year-old ceramicist and tool maker based in Krakow, Poland. His journey into pottery began at the age of 12 when he constructed his own pottery wheel from wood. The allure of the craft was irresistible, prompting him to delve into it headfirst. Within weeks, he enrolled in pottery courses to grasp the fundamentals. As months passed, Kamil’s passion deepened, leading him to contemplate pursuing pottery independently. With the unwavering support of his parents, he transformed a corner of their garage into a modest studio a year later. Over the past four years, he has nurtured and honed his craft, successfully managing his studio. Along the way, he has had the privilege of supplying ceramics to numerous Polish restaurants and coffee shops across the country.
